I would love to see information about which size of an item a model is wearing on the pics and some infromation about the model like his/her height, chest and waist sizes.

The one example that comes to my ming right now is the www.drjays.com
They list models' heights.

Hi there! Our models are always photographed in the buying sample, which is normally a UK size 10 for women and a M for men. Hope that helps for now - but we will take the rest of your idea on board - so thanks for the suggestion!x
