When i track my parcel it says it has been delivered but it has not been delivered to me. Laura from Asos emailed me once last week to say she needed to interview driver and get back to me. I have emailed about six or seven times, Since then no reply. I have also emailed ParcelForce to no reply. I dont know what else i can do. Thanks again.

Thanks for getting back to us. Could you perhaps give me the ASOS order number you're referring to? (The number you've given is a tracking number, not the ASOS order number). Your order number can be found on your original Order Confirmation email we sent you when you placed your order.
