Welcome to ASOS Life!

You asked for it, so we've created it... this space all about you - your opinions, your ideas, your fashion, your life.

We've created some guidelines to make sure everyone enjoys the Community, and by using this site and getting involved you agree to the following guidelines:

What's cool:

Having fun and staying safe

We want you to hang out online and have fun. Not sure about where to begin? Register here. You can check out our guide to staying safe here, and if you've got a question you can read our FAQs or ask another member on our Help forum.

Treating each other with respect

ASOS Life is made up of loads of different types of people - from all over the world. Even if they don't think the same way as you (or hate the shoes you rate), please respect that they have the right to feel comfortable in their views.

Keep discussions on topic

We think we've organised ASOS Life into clear areas - and it will help everyone if you can keep your discussions and content on topic. If you're not sure about where you should put something, please ask in our Help forum. If you'd like to suggest a new area of the Community, submit your idea at ASOS ideas.

Report anything you're not sure about... our moderators love having a helping hand!

It's not possible for our moderators to review everything that's posted on the site... so if you spot something that you think isn't in keeping with our guidelines please report it to us using the report it button.

Asking others for help

Not sure what to wear for that big night out? Ask others their opinions in our Style Advice forum. Got an issue with an ASOS order and not sure what to do? Chat to others in our Help forum. It's not a good idea to discuss specific transactions for privacy reasons... but someone on the ASOS Community may know the answer to your burning question, so ask away.

Coming up with ideas about how to improve ASOS.com

ASOS.com is your site, and we always want to know how to make it better for you. If you have an idea about how to improve it, please tell us at ASOS Ideas! We can't promise to do each one, but we'll always listen and consider your thoughts.

What's not:

Personal insults

Fashion's about having fun... Let's keep anything that's nasty, harmful, threatening, harassing, abusive, indecent, obscene, racially offensive, sexual, unlawful, profane, or untrue out of our community. Also, please keep your username clean, don't impersonate anyone, and keep your content in English. Our moderators are clever, but not bilingual.

Not staying safe

Please don't post personal info like your email address, phone number, home or business address or bank details. Read our guide to staying safe online.

Copyrighted and confidential material

Stealing text / photos / videos / anything that can be swiped from the web and passing it off as your own is definitely not allowed. Also, please don't post anything that would be considered confidential (like work info).

Lies and court cases

This one's from our lawyers. If you post something that's untrue ("libellous" or "defamatory" in lawyer-speak), you can get sued. And if you discuss anything after someone's been arrested (regardless of if you know them or not), this may get you - and us! - held in contempt of court.

Linking to bad stuff

Please don't link to any media or executable file. If you think someone has posted one please don't click on it, but report it to us. If you click on it you run the risk of getting a virus on your computer. Please also remember that ASOS.com is not responsible for third-party sites as we don't own the internet... yet.

Selling, advertising, trading, and swapping products

ASOS Life is about swapping ideas... not about trading, selling, or advertising. Please don't do this ... We're setting up an area for you to sell in the future. Stay tuned! If you advertise or spam ASOS Life we will remove the content.
